Day 2 on new web site...
Good Morning! I have to say that it really feels good to be back jounaling again. I don't know if my muse is back yet, but if not, eventually he or she will come around (I hope). But in the meantime there's a lot to catch up on.
My old web sites, "From Dawn to Dusk" and "Bailey's Cove" are still out there and I may refer to them occasionally so I linked them here to make them accessible (Bailey's Cove is at the top of this page on my navigation bar). I doubt if I will write on "From Dawn" anymore, but I will continue to visit "Bailey's Cove" as it is still my fantasy home in my mind's eye.
The pictures I've scattered throughout this site will change sporadically. For the moment I just posted our animals indiscriminately. If you have any questions, please address them to my email on the 'Contact Us' above or click the white button and leave a comment in my Guest Book. I really would love to hear from you on either avenue.
BTW, our latest addition to our home menagerie is a powder blue Budgie named Winston. We picked him up while stopping for gasoline on our way back from New Orleans last month. He turned out to be a great little traveler as the hours in the car didn't seem to bother him at all. He is also a little trooper putting up with Pauli, our older bird who basically talks Winston's ear off... and seems not to be phased by coming to live in a house with 7 cats! I will try to get a picture of him to post.
